Dunmore's mission is to delight its customers through technical innovation, high levels of service and open collaboration to solve difficult application problems.Summary:The IT Director will serve as a key strategic leader within Dunmore's senior management team, driving digital transformation initiatives while overseeing the Information Technology department. Combining strategic business management with hands-on technical expertise, this role will architect and implement a scalable, secure, and efficient technology roadmap that enhances Dunmore's competitive advantage. Reporting directly to the CFO, the IT Director will play a critical role in aligning technology investments with business objectives, leading major IT infrastructure upgrades and digital initiatives. This position offers significant opportunities for executive leadership development through strategic decision-making, C-suite collaboration, and direct influence on Dunmore's future growth. Strong business acumen, strategic vision, and technical depth will be essential to deliver transformative results that drive operational excellence and value creation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Digital Transformation & StrategyLead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of key manufacturing systems like MESDevelop and execute comprehensive cloud strategy and implementation roadmapDirect cybersecurity strategy with particular focus on IT/OT convergenceDrive emerging technology adoption to maintain competitive advantage and improve productivityEvaluate emerging technologies to keep Dunmore at the forefront of industry advancements, focusing on tools that improve productivity and scalability.Technology Operations & GovernanceOversee IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across all business unitsEstablish and monitor IT KPIs and strategic roadmap progressManage IT budget and investments to ensure maximum business valueDevelop and maintain IT governance framework and compliance requirementsLead complex technology projects from planning through implementationEnsure robust cybersecurity practices across all technology domainsTeam Leadership and CollaborationBuild and mentor high-performing IT team driving innovation and operational excellence.Foster cross-functional partnerships to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business valueCollaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with strategic objectivesProvide hands-on technical leadership in key areas including process engineering, systems integration, and database managementRequirementsTechnical Expertise:Proven experience leading enterprise systems integration and digital transformation initiativesDeep expertise in IT/OT convergence, including integration of manufacturing and automation systemsStrong background in cloud architecture and migration strategies for industrial settingsAdvanced experience in data architecture, ETL processes, data warehouse implementation, and business intelligence solutionsStrong expertise in enterprise integration and API managementStrong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements for manufacturingBusiness & Management CompetenciesStrategic vision and executionTrack record of strategic technology leadership and value creationExperience managing significant technology investments and delivering ROIStrong business acumen with ability to translate technology into business valueExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsProven experience in IT management , with the ability to manage and mentor diverse IT professionals.Experience in optimizing supply chain operations through technology solutionsAbility to clearly convey information and ideas to various stakeholders.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's a plus).Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and core applications.
