Job summaryFixed Term: 12 months | Full-timeJoin our innovative team at Embrace, Yorkshire and Humber Infant and Children's Transport Service!This is a unique opportunity to work as a transport clinician, stabilising and safely transferring neonatal and paediatric patients across the region. You will be involved in clinical responsibilities, research, governance, and education.About You: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification. MRCPCH or equivalent. Experience in paediatrics and neonatal medicine. Perform neonatal and paediatric transfers, triaged by the consultant on call. Contribute to research projects and participate in audits and clinical governance. Six months Paediatric Intensive care experience is required- ideally ST4-8 level. DesirableTertiary middle grade neonatal experience Qualifications and TrainingEssentialMBBS or equivalent medical qualification MRCPCH or equivalent APLS/PALS and NLS provider - courses can be accessed at the beginning of the post if required Fully registered with the GMC DesirableAPLS/PALS/NLS/PANSTAR instructor Knowledge and SkillsEssentialCapacity to apply sound clinical knowledge & judgement.
