An exciting opportunity within the Financial Management Team at RDaSH supporting our Corporate/Backbone services. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual, a strong team player, to support the Financial Management function. Key requirements include excellent communication skills to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, good prioritisation and organisational skills, and flexibility to manage workload demands. The successful candidate will be actively studying towards a professional accounting qualification and have experience in management accounts. Experience in the public sector and NHS is highly desirable. We welcome applications as a development opportunity for candidates at Band 6/7, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is based at Holly Lodge, Tickhill Road Hospital, with regular travel across the Trust’s localities including Rotherham and North Lincolnshire. The role currently offers a mix of office and home working. As a Senior Finance professional, you will work closely with Corporate Services to provide a high-quality Management Accounts service and expert financial advice to senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing the month-end process for Corporate services, liaising with the Senior Finance Business Partner, and line managing two Assistant Management Accountants. You may also deputise for senior finance staff and support Trust-wide projects.
