Communicate status updates regarding parts and repairs with support staff and customers. Complete service calls accurately and promptly. Audit truck stock to ensure necessary parts are available. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to safety standards. Meet on-call requirements. Required Education & Experience:Minimum of three years' experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration. Must be at least 18 years old. Successful background check and drug screening required. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Skills and Abilities:Ability to work independently. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical experience a plus. Journeyman License and/or CFESA certification is a plus but not required.
