Scope of workUnder the supervision of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, and in collaboration with the healthcare team, contributes to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of an approved Practical Nursing program. Michigan Practical Nurse license (LPN) required.
