Do you have a passion for working with people?Jewsona leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for aTool Hire Assistantwho's as passionate about great service as we are.We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)Hours - 7:00/7:30 - 4:30/5:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8:00 - 12:00Branch Location - Jewson, Barkers Ln, Bedford MK41 9RTKey ResponsibilitiesDelivery and collection of tools and equipment using a works vehicle, talking customers through how to use them on site Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, keeping customers updated throughout their journey Working according to Health & Safety complianceWhat’s in it for you?Retirement Savings Plan (Pension) – with Legal & General Life Assurance - From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump-sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
