What You’ll Be Doing: Drive sales & growth– Manage national accounts, promotions, and trading plans to boost brand presence. Stay ahead of trends– Track sales data, analyze performance, and identify new opportunities. Keep things running smoothly– Oversee stock forecasting, purchase orders, and logistics. Build strong partnerships– Work closely with retailers to secure launches, negotiate deals, and optimize performance. Lead activations– Plan sales events, marketing campaigns, and in-store promotions. What We’re Looking For: Experience– 2+ years supporting UK retailer accounts (e.g., Boots, ASOS, Superdrug, LookFantastic). Boots experience is ESSENTIAL. Strategic & organized– A problem-solver who can juggle priorities and think ahead. Data-driven & analytical– Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and sales forecasting. People person– Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder. Fast-paced & proactive– Thrives in a high-energy, ever-evolving environment.
