About the role To reach our ambition of being the nation’s favourite fried chicken brand, we know we must invest in the experience of our people, ensuring we have heart-led and high performing teams who are fuelled by talent and drive our culture; the People Experience team are therefore critical to the success of this. The role is pivotal in being responsible for designing, creating and implementing exciting initiatives to educate, enhance skills and retain high-performing and engaged talent, ultimately supporting the growth of our restaurant teams across KFC UKI. What will you spend your time doing? Design and Develop Learning Programs: Create engaging and effective learning experiences using instructional design principles tailored to the needs of our restaurant teams, ensuring that culture, values and behaviours are embedded throughout learning & development curriculums. Project Management: Lead learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Actively track timelines and deliverables for multiple projects laddering up to the overall People & Culture roadmap, Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively partner with subject matter experts across functions, including Operations, to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions to support learning, growth and development Continuous Improvement: Maintain curiosity and research best practice in learning, growth and development to ensure learning continues to be progressive. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies Insights: Leverage data to drive results, and to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to make data-driven recommendations and share insights with relevant stakeholder. Gather insights from stakeholders to inform learning opportunities and solutions. Manage, analyse and create training reports that drive performance across KFC, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and easy for stakeholders to understand and utilise. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with strategy LMS Management: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant and effectively utilised for hosting learning, & reporting. Regularly review, maintain and update learning libraries ensuring current content keeping the user experience at the forefront. What we love from you: Proven experience in instructional design and developing learning materials that are clear, informative, digestible and appealing Familiarity with different learning technologies and content development tools Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a QSR or similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
