Support and recommend process changes as necessary Trip documentation – ensure that transit documentation required by the driver is made available at the earliest opportunity. Inclusive of packing lists and where applicable CMR / EX1. Report and track all open T-FormsCommunicationProvide clear and timely communication of proposed routing plans via Traffic Sheet/Trackers – notifying sites of the proposed plan to agreed deadline Communicate professionally and efficiently both internally and externally Report / escalate poor haulier / customer adherence as necessaryCost and SystemSystem Accuracy Carlo TMS – ensuring system data is up to date and accurate within the agreed timelines in readiness for confirmation / payment / invoicing Cost awareness and impact, accountable for meeting KPI targets (both individual and Operational), have an understanding of KPI’s, challenge all low volume shipments.Key requirements:Planning experience Excellent Customer Service Skills strong communication skills Highly organised Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines Excellent attention to detail Good IT skills –MS office and excel. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
