An opportunity has arisen at a UK-based bank for a Prudential Risk Analyst to support the development and oversight of the bank’s capital, liquidity, and recovery planning frameworks. This is a key second-line role that works closely with risk and finance leadership to ensure robust regulatory alignment.What you’ll be doing:Contribute to the development and maintenance of capital and liquidity risk frameworksSupport the production and review of key regulatory risk documents, including internal capital and liquidity assessments (e.g. ICAAP, ILAAP) and recovery planningAssist with the coordination of stress testing exercises and scenario developmentMonitor key prudential risk metrics and support the design of risk appetite indicatorsProvide independent oversight and challenge to first-line financial and treasury functionsPrepare analysis and reporting for executive committees and the BoardWhat we’re looking for:Background in prudential risk, treasury risk, or regulatory risk within banking or financial servicesUnderstanding of capital and liquidity adequacy principles and related regulatory expectationsStrong written and analytical skills, with an ability to contribute to formal documentation and committee reportingComfortable working across teams to support cross-functional risk oversight
