This position plays a key role in aligning procurement strategy with operational goals, ensuring effective supply chain performance, and driving commercial value through strategic sourcing.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the lead point of contact for supplier contract negotiationsPlan and deliver cost reduction initiatives using data analysis and sourcing strategiesSupport manufacturing operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective material supplyMonitor supplier performance and implement improvement actions where neededUse procurement and market data to identify opportunities and guide decision-makingCollaborate with internal teams including operations, engineering, and quality to meet production and business objectivesCandidate Profile:Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environmentStrong negotiation and contract management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage procurement dataExperience leading projects and working cross-functionallyProficiency with ERP systems and Excel or similar data toolsPlease note that full and permanent right to work in the UK is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
