Job Introduction A new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator scope, plan, and deliver marketing and communications activities to promote our Talking Therapy services as part of Total Wellbeing Luton.If youre excited by working in a values-orientated environment to develop content and campaigns that help people to access the support they need, they need then wed love to hear from you!Youll be based in our central Luton hub, with some home working available. Reporting into the Central Marketing team, youll also be part of a wider community of marketing professionals in the organisation. Role Responsibility With specific targets to reach for the number of people using the service, youll need to create communications and execute marketing activities using online and offline channels to drive demand from specific population groups in the community.You will do thisby:Identifying who we are targeting and how we are reaching specific cohortsDelivering promotional activities to drive an increase in referrals, including community outreach activitiesCreating and executing a content strategy that builds communities and increases workshop registrationsCreation of messages that resonate with different audiencesReporting on activity linked to the communications plan and performanceManaging and editing the service websiteSocial media management and content creationDeveloping local mental health awareness campaigns working alongside the service leadLiaising with local authorities/public health/commissioners/healthcare professionals to build relationships and distribute communicationsHighlighting concerns and as appropriate presenting solutionsTraining and upskilling members of the operational and clinical staff to produce their own communications as appropriateAttending and contributing to all relevant meetings such as performance meetings and marketing updates The Ideal Candidate To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience of working in marketing or communications, including creating on and offline content, and independently managing social media accounts.While sector experience isnt necessary, an understanding of the needs of the people we support is preferred.Youll be comfortable taking a hands-on approach, writing your own copy, designing your own assets, and presenting your work back to a range of stakeholdersYoure results driven and always look for pragmatic ways to improve against objectivesYou enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being very collaborative and inclusive of peoples ideas and perspectivesYoure organised and methodical, with great attention to detailYou enjoy bringing stories to life in creative and engaging waysYoure positive, resourceful, and action orientated About us As a leading health and social care provider with more than 300 locations across England, we take real pride in the services we offer.We run all of our services on a not-for-profit basis; instead, we invest every penny back into our services and people.
