Evolve is supporting a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with the recruitment for their pharmacies across the UK!They’re in search of a Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Norwich (NR7) on a permanent basis, working a minimum of 36 hours per week over 5 days.The branch is open from 10am – 4pm on Mondays and Fridays, 8am – 8pm from Tuesday to Thursday, and on Saturdays, so flexibility to work early and late shift patterns is essential.Salary ranges from £44,990 to £61,861 (£24.03 to £33.05 per hour) depending on experience, and our client offers excellent benefits that help make it a great place to work, including 20% annual bonus, GPhC fees covered, store savings and more!Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager* GPhC registered Pharmacist.* Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable.* A team player, passionate about leading and empowering a team.* Approachable and customer-focussed attitude.Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager* Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.* Play an active role in the charities support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.* Assist with leading, training, and developing staff.* Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are availab...
