We have an exciting opportunity for aConsultant Psychiatristto join our mental health team at HMP Stocken. HMP Stocken is a category C training prison housing around 1056 patients, the majority aged between 21-40 years. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support adult males with complex mental health and trauma needs. We offer flexibility with a rolling rota (2 days one week, 3 the next) and are open to full-time roles across HMP Stocken and other facilities like HMP Gartree or HMP Five Wells. Salary : Up to £180,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience. Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent GMC registration Specialist registration in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry Approved under section 12(2) of the MHS 1983 Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working Up-to-date knowledge of adult psychiatry and mental health policies Note: The detailed person specification and experience requirements are available upon application.
