Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager (Spanish fluent) will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering long-term business relationships, and maintaining client satisfaction across a portfolio of our golf course partners. Relationship management will be at the core of this role, managing key partner clients, growing the accounts through up-selling products, driving revenue, and retaining courses through adoption of best practices and use of our products and services. The Senior Account Manager will be a key member of the BRS Golf / GolfNow team, contributing to business success in the Spanish and Portuguese golf markets by: Developing a comprehensive understanding of our Account Management philosophy, market, and customer needs. Conducting regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. Acquiring advanced product and industry knowledge to provide consultative advice, maximize product adoption, and optimize tee time offerings. Using technical tools, platforms, and data to inform proposals, strengthen relationships, and support clients in meeting their success criteria. Allocating time and communication efforts proportionally with high-value accounts, including onsite visits when appropriate, and acting as a positive ambassador for our products and services. Understanding and implementing dynamic pricing strategies within the golf industry to benefit our partners. Retaining clients through contract renewals and ensuring overall satisfaction. Monitoring account performance to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborating with the sales team to onboard golf clubs onto the GolfNow platform smoothly. Focusing on the long-term success of clients, representing them positively on our platforms and communications. Meeting or exceeding individual and department metrics, managing a portfolio of clients with accountability and a strong work ethic. Maintaining accurate activity records using Salesforce. Engaging with colleagues locally and internationally to foster a positive company culture and uphold core values. QualificationsCandidates must have: At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within relevant industries like e-commerce or technology, with responsibility for client retention and growth. Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex client relationships. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written). Experience analyzing and presenting data to support recommendations and proposals. Proficiency with sales management tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce. A results-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving targets. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills and ExperienceDegree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Knowledge of or experience within the Spanish golf market. Proficiency in Portuguese in addition to Spanish. Additional InformationApplicants may need to attend in-person interviews.
