The scope includes supporting NHS and private hospitals, as well as addressing training needs across other industry segments.Responsibilities as our Product and Compliance Trainer include:Provide training across all product categories, utilising a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.Represent SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.Conduct detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use.Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts, including End Users and Distributors.Experience you’ll bring as our Product and Compliance Trainer:Experience in a customer-facing roleKnowledge of Infection Prevention & ControlRecognised Training qualification and/or experienceBehaviors you’ll need:Self-starter with the ability to work remotelyThe ability to work well within a teamWell organized with the ability to manage several projects simultaneouslyAbility to earn the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and transparencyAbility to build productive relationships with a wide variety of people regardless of position or backgroundThis role is not eligible for relocation#J-18808-Ljbffr
