For over two decades, we’ve delivered impactful programmes rebuilding lives across Afghanistan, Iraq, the DRC, the Central African Republic, and Yemen. We are seeking a Gaming Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role involves creating, activating, and managing gaming campaigns and partnerships, notably overseeing our high-value partnership, Jingle Jam. As a key member of the Gaming Partnerships team, you will raise funds and awareness within the gaming industry to directly benefit children affected by conflict. [cky_video_placeholder_title] About the roleThe Gaming Partnerships Manager will focus on growing income through gaming partnerships, especially managing Jingle Jam. Responsibilities include recruiting creators, planning social media campaigns, organizing events, and reporting on partnership performance. You will also deliver sales events, oversee new business opportunities, and work with the Gaming Partnerships Lead to develop a pipeline of partnerships to increase fundraising efforts. Your network within the gaming industry will be vital to delivering successful projects and expanding income streams. Gaming is a key sector for War Child’s innovation and growth. Working closely with the Gaming Partnerships Lead, you will have a significant impact on War Child’s mission and the children we serve. Who we are looking forDeep knowledge of the gaming industry and its collaborative and charitable opportunities, especially streaming. Proven skills in new business development and account management, with creativity to leverage contacts and deliver activations. Experience managing campaigns, evaluating activities, planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines. Confident presenter capable of pitching passionately and professionally to various gaming partners. Experience in supporter journey development and supporter cultivation plans. Creative problem-solving skills to develop new income ideas and influence stakeholders.
