Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for aSenior MEMS Design Engineerto join an Edinburgh-based team developing microphone solutions for the world’s leading consumer devices. Working as part of our client’s Semiconductor business unit, theSenior MEMS Design Engineerwill be involved in world-class R&D for MEMS microphone applications, specifically developing MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) from concept to production. The engineer will model structures both analytically and using COMSOL, collaborating with team members based in Hong Kong and Singapore. With significant expansion plans, our client offers solid scope for career advancement. This position can be at theSeniororStafflevel for the right candidate. The role requires: A university degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field Experience designing MEMS devices and test structures Experience with simulation tools such asSpice, Cadence, or Matlab(desirable) Experience usingCOMSOL/FEA(also desirable) A competitive salary is offered, along with an annual bonus and visa sponsorship if needed.
