If you’re passionate about technology and troubleshooting, this role offers the chance to support our internal staff across multiple platforms. Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, rotating shifts 6am-4:30pm) & Saturday & Bank Holiday Rota: 7am-1pm (additional pay) Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first contact for technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Escalate complex issues appropriately Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps Educate users on IT best practices Collaborate to improve internal processes About YouTechnical Skills: Knowledge of Windows and MacOS Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with Intune and mobile device management Hardware troubleshooting skills Basic VoIP and softphone knowledge Awareness of endpoint security and cybersecurity practices Essential Requirements: 18+ months relevant experience Genuine interest in technology Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, positive attitude Full driving license Who We AreOur purpose: creating a future where materials are reused, reducing environmental impact through recycling metals and plastics, saving carbon emissions, and protecting resources.
