ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and notify the manager of any discrepancies. Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust for delivery. Provide high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets. Be polite with delivery staff, respond to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalate complex issues. Occasionally cover for van drivers.
