Job purpose We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Online Project Support Officer to join our team. This role requires a passion for driving brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies, compelling design, and engaging media content, and confidence with online tools. You will be responsible for the delivery of our marketing campaigns, overseeing aspects of digital design, and managing media production to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Digital marketing Working with the CEO, the Digital Marketing Lead and team members to: • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise future efforts. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry developments. Online projects: • Update relevant digital assets, ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms are kept up to date. • Ensure all design work meets the company's standards for branding, accessibility, and user experience. Media Production and Management: • Support on the production of engaging media content, including video, photography, and graphics, for use across digital channels. • Manage the distribution of media content across various platforms, ensuring it reaches the target audience effectively. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to improve performance. • Identify and capitalise on media and press opportunities which further our core mission and objectives Other • Work closely with other departments, including business development and programme delivery teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on digital marketing performance and making recommendations for future initiatives. • Attend regular team meetings and participate in events, away days, and other staff team commitments and meetings as necessary • Participate regularly in individual supervision, training, reflective practice and appraisals Working conditions This is a hybrid role with flexible hours. Regular attendance at meetings is expected. Evening or weekend work may be required in order to meet deadlines.
