We’re seeking a talented and results-driven Content Creator, Content Manager & Makeup Specialist who has previously created content for brands and knows how to drive engagement and skyrocket sales . You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality videos, showcasing glam makeup applications, and creatively communicating with customers through live streams and engaging content. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and save high-quality video content for product promotion, tutorials, and social media Develop eye-catching, scroll-stopping content tailored to our brand identity Use your makeup expertise to demonstrate glam and dramatic looks Go live to engage with customers and promote products Write captions and CTAs that drive clicks and conversions Collaborate with our team for approval and feedback Stay current on beauty trends, especially those aligned with dramatic glam aesthetics Understand audience psychology to speak directly to their beauty needs and desires Requirements and Skills Proven experience creating content for a business or brand Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Beauty, etc.) Strong understanding of beauty marketing and consumer behavior Skilled in video editing and short-form content creation (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Confident on camera and able to communicate effectively on live sessions Unique, creative style that stands out in the beauty space Passionate about glam makeup, with solid application skills Proven ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for problem-solving and decision-making. Demonstrated experience in project management and organisational development. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. High level of emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills.
