As a Shift Manager, you'll manage the shop when the Manager isn't around, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to succeed. Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru, and you'll ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online. Typical Shift ResponsibilitiesInspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards. Lead by example and serve customers promptly and courteously. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of options. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.
