Care assistants play a vital role in offering companionship and assisting with personal care duties such as dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and housework. Our domiciliary care requires travel across the local community. Therefore, all applicants must have prior UK care experience, a valid UK driver’s license, and access to their own vehicle for both personal and professional use. Minimum Standards for Carers:Ability to operate your own vehicle Invest in business insurance Use the company care system to record information and calls Proficiency in English for effective communication in writing and speaking Commitment to ongoing training Ability to remain calm and show tolerance and empathy towards service users Availability to work on various weekends Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, positive DBS checks, and references are required Visa Requirements:At least one year of experience as a senior carer or care assistant, or a minimum Level 2 healthcare qualification A valid UK driver’s license (foreign licenses may be accepted in some cases) A comprehensive, current resume without gaps in education or employment High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Benefits for Selected Candidates:Average of 150 working hours per month (~37.5 hours/week), with a yearly salary of £23,205. Additional hours available at £12/hour.
