What You’ll Do As a Client Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our sales and relationship-building efforts. We’re looking for someone who's self-motivated, driven, and passionate about guiding clients through their journey with us. Research and identify sales leads. Dive into market analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends. Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs across The PIE’s services. Hit KPI targets for calls, meetings, and deals. Support the team in managing leads to ensure ongoing growth and success. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Attend client meetings, events, and conferences. Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations smooth. What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to qualify and close leads efficiently. Target-driven and motivated to exceed goals. Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships. A team player with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Flexible, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
