As you get to know the customer base this will start to drop as you will be focused on projects within the NHS trustsProjects can be anywhere from 8 weeks-6 monthsSupport of a clinical trainerTo start the area will cover the whole of the South including East Anglia but that will change as the team grows (Ideal location will be the M4 Corridor) - Given the area is quite large there will be time when you will need to spend a night away from homeAs and when will need to help in other areas of the country to cover holidaysThe Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Manager Ideally experience of selling an infection control productWill also consider candidates that have sold into the NHS looking for a new challenge.Candidates from a strong B2B sales background with a proven track record of success will also be considered but need to have a genuine interest in getting into medical salesStability is key.
