What you'll do Your main role will be to deliver exceptional customer service by leading a team within the LFC warehouse. You'll ensure compliance with legal and budgetary requirements while meeting SLAs to maximize customer satisfaction. Leading by example, you'll foster engagement, uphold our values, and maintain open communication. Your customer-centric approach will guide operational decisions, prioritizing customer needs. You'll manage and coach colleagues, drive performance, and collaborate with other teams to achieve site results. Additionally, you'll maintain health and safety standards, plan resource activities, and ensure stock accuracy and security. Through inspiring leadership and effective team management, you'll cultivate a positive workplace culture that contributes to the success of the LFC. Who you are You are a skilled leader with expertise in warehouse and retail operations, including multi-drop and final mile delivery, enabling you to prioritize customer needs and foster a team culture aware of their impact on service and results. With a proven track record in leading large, diverse, unionized teams, you possess strong decision-making, communication, and listening skills.
