This position will primarily support our busy Tax team, while also assisting the wider firm as required. It’s a varied and fast-paced role that calls for a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys working collaboratively and independently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to department Partners, Directors, and Managers Coordinate monthly reporting processes and team performance metrics Manage team Work in Progress (WIP) and assist with sales ledger and credit control activities Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team Support internal development initiatives and coordinate training sessions Maintain strong client relationship administration, ensuring timely responses and document management Lead administration of the iManage document management system Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting Oversee and manage the Business Support team’s day-to-day operations Provide occasional cover for facilities management when needed Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects within the team and wider firm Perform all other general administrative duties as requiredEssential CriteriaProven experience in an administrative or team support role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamLife at GTEquity, diversity and inclusionAt Grant Thornton, we provide equitable opportunities for all our colleagues.
