Job Title:Warehouse Supervisor Location:Irvine Salary:35,000 Contract Type:Full TimeJoin Our Team!We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics Department. This is a key role responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards. Please note: this is a continental shift pattern.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations in line with standard operating procedures.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) across all warehouse areas and equipment.Ensure product quality and timely delivery of materials to production as per the production plan.Manage all inbound and outbound deliveries effectively.Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Ensure team members meet daily responsibilities and adhere to H&S equipment and PPE requirements.Complete and maintain all necessary documentation to required standards.Lead training and development plans for all direct reports.Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse activities.Monitor and report on logistics performance vs. plan requirements.Support KPI tracking and departmental improvement initiatives.Contribute to the design and implementation of safe, efficient processes and equipment.Prepare and manage risk assessments for logistics operations.General Expectations:Promote and implement a culture of continuous improvement.Adhere to all company policies related to Health, Safety, and the Environment.Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.Provide support to other areas of the business as needed.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory roleStrong understanding of GMP, H&S, and logistics operationsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and develop team membersReady to Take the Next Step?
