We are looking for a high-performing, innovative individual to join Team Tally as a Customer Services Representative, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager. The role is based in Central London. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and making sure they get speedy, helpful responses every time Communicating effectively with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints whilst remaining positive. Attracting customers by promoting the product and the company Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems (full training is given). Occasionally, taking on other responsibilities as the need arises. Working on a rota basis, including some Saturday shifts. Required Experience & Skills: Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferable) You're a natural communicator with the ability to engage and inspire through both verbal and written channels. The ability to ‘get things done' in a flexible, dynamic organisation. Strong ability to manage your time, stay organised, and think analytically to solve complex challenges. Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across all areas Good attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of information Thoughtful, systematic approach and demonstrable experience in delivering against tight deadlines. Experience with technology and comfortable using a number of different tools/systems. A keen researcher with a sharp eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Proof of your right to work in the UK and a full DBS check will be required.
