Opportunity Overview:Join our team with a 12-hour rotating shift pattern based on the DuPont Schedule, cycling every 4 weeks between day and night shifts. Daily Responsibilities:Promote a healthy work environment while adhering to high food safety standards. Monitor, test, and log steam generation requirements per operation code. Maintain and check refrigeration equipment to TSSA Standards. Participate in plant equipment repairs and installations. Coordinate with Contractual and Inspection Departments for compliance and legal requirements. Handle work requests and apply corrective actions using the computerized maintenance system. Support departmental targets and uphold safety standards. Address issues promptly with attention to detail. Comply with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, WHMIS, and MSDS protocols. Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed standards. Contribute positively to team and facility objectives. Candidate Qualifications:Valid 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certificate, minimum 2 years held. Refrigeration Operator Class B License or higher. Experience with ammonia cooling, compressed air systems, boilers, and steam. Able to work 24/7 shifts. Self-motivated team player with a focus on technology, urgency, and detail. Possess personal/professional hand tools for Food Safety. Effective communication skills in English. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
