But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose We have an exciting opportunity for aTechnical Delivery Engineerto join Menzies Aviation at our global HQ in Bloomsbury Square, London. This role will be responsible for delivering and supporting technical engineering work across our IT infrastructure. You will primarily work on IT projects approved by the project board, handle request tickets, or work directly with the Architecture team. You will provide early life support after system and service implementation and may act as a point of escalation for IT support teams. The technical work will be Azure-centric but may also involve other cloud platforms or on-premises technology. What you will be doing Deliver and execute technical tasks promptly. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders. Understand project scopes, tasks, and strategies to achieve objectives. Ensure compliance with technical standards. Implement and adhere to established processes for technical delivery. For more detailed accountabilities, please refer to the attached job description. Proficiency with Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies is essential. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is desirable. Experience with enterprise-class network environments. Proficiency with Modern Workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
