Overview:First Military Recruitment partners with an international Defence business to recruit a Senior Bid Manager with extensive rail experience on a permanent basis in Northern Ireland. The role offers a hybrid working model based in Belfast, Hamilton, and from home. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of effective business-winning programmes, ensuring bid teams are well-resourced. Act as Business Winning Lead within the opportunity leadership team, managing the application of the Business Winning Methodology. Own and oversee the application of the methodology for specific bids or portfolios, coordinating with various functional leads. Manage Bid Managers and Bid Coordinators. Develop partnering strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in leading the application of recognised business winning methodologies on major bids. Experience managing the capture phase of opportunities with quality outputs. Strong bid and project management skills. Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
