Class 2Driver Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit aClass 2Driverto join our client is based in Yaxley, Peterborough to start immediately. Hours:Monday to Friday: 6am - working 10 hours per day, could be more or less Pay rate : £14.50ph JOB DESCRIPTION: Carry out daily walk-around checks of the vehicle, raising defects where appropriate. Inspect load safety before leaving the depot and request for items to be reloaded if necessary to avoid unnecessary damage and so as to ensure safety. Drive the vehicle safely in accordance with the law and company policies at all times and be respectful of other road users. Check goods off with delivery sites and obtain signature and print. Understand tachographs and drivers hours regulations and comply with them at all times. Report any accidents as soon as possible in line with the company accident procedure.
