Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a confident and capable Conveyancing Paralegal to join there busy property team.The Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised paralegal with at least 1 year of solid experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a full caseload of residential property filesDeal with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity mattersDraft and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and completion statementsLiaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitorsCarry out searches, submit SDLT returns, and register transactions with the Land RegistryEnsure all files are maintained in line with regulatory and compliance requirementsCandidate Requirements:A minimum of 1 year's experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseloadExcellent communication and client care skillsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and under pressureProficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for career progression and continued professional developmentFlexible working arrangements considered
