Role SummaryThe Senior / Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the commercial management of the projects assigned to them, working on site and in the office they will manage change, manage subcontract payments, monthly applications, CVR's and commercial risk management, financial project reporting, all other contractual administration, required to provide a robust commercial performance of projects under their control. The team is looking for someone with disputes and adjudication experience.What will you be doing?Attending and reporting monthly to the Head of Commercial activities towards business goalsImplementing company proceduresAll aspects of day-to-day management of the project.Maintaining the business cashflow forecast in conjunction with the sales, finance and managing directorsCommercial negotiation of contractsProject positive cashflow and milestone creationProject risk register creation and managementFinancial management of projects budget and spend.Project cashflow managementReview and approval of contract variationsNegotiating and agreeing terms and conditions with the supply chainWhat are we looking for?Solid experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or able to demonstrate good commercial acumen A construction / civil engineering backgroundCan demonstrate working and interfacing with clients and key stakeholders on a projectGood track record of contract managementStrong understanding of budget and cashflow managementProject Programming Software skillsExperience with disputes and adjudication Why join us?At Ethical Power we are more than just a team, you'll find a culture that values collaboration, celebrates diverse perspectives and supports growth every step of the way.
