The VacancyWhat is the roleThis office-based role involves working with the Retail Presentation Manager and store retail teams to provide Visual Merchandising (VM) support, enhancing store aesthetics and customer experience as the business grows and evolves. What you will doMonitor & answer questions from stores regarding Windows, VM Guidelines, Graphics & POS Organise & update VM Communications & Guidelines as directed by the VM Manager Work with external print suppliers to identify cost-effective graphic solutions, sourcing and negotiating costs Provide stores with timely information on Windows, VM & graphics Build and maintain relationships with stores and Area Managers to support retail functions Complete audits and store graphic requests to ensure stock levels of VM equipment/graphics Procurement and supply management of graphic & POS solutions Plan and organise Graphics & POS for new store openings Collaborate with Head office functions (Creative, Design, Marketing) to keep retail graphics current and aligned with brand direction Manage external business relationships efficiently What you will bringCommitment, drive, and self-motivation Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Understanding of retail operations Good knowledge of print processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to use own initiative High attention to detail Ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) About the CompanyYours Clothing offers value-focused fashion for curvy customers on the UK high street and online.
