Contract DetailsType: Fixed Term - 12 months - Full Time Hours: 40 hours/week Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Mitie, T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, B37 7ES Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze cleaning and hygiene operations data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Evaluate data to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through value-added services. Identify efficiency opportunities in cleaning procedures and recommend workflow streamlining strategies. Develop and monitor KPIs to assess cleaning operations' effectiveness. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for management. Main DutiesData Collection: Gather relevant data on cleaning operations, resource use, equipment performance, and customer feedback. Data Preparation: Clean and organize raw data for analysis. Statistical Analysis: Identify trends and anomalies within the data. Cost Savings: Use data techniques to find areas for cost reduction, such as staffing and resource use. Customer Insights: Analyze feedback to propose new or improved services. Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports with data-driven recommendations. Implementation Support: Assist in executing recommended changes and monitor their impact.
