The main purpose of this role is to assist customers and manage telephone inquiries. Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview the work schedule promptly at the start of each shift. Assist customers at the counter. Answer and manage telephone calls. Verify customer identification for products when required. QualificationsAuthorized to work in the U.S. Meet state minimum age requirements. Successfully pass background checks and drug screening. Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and adhere to policies and safety regulations. Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period. Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance. Safely perform all job functions. Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role. Physical RequirementsShift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs. Job cycles: continual maximum. Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs. Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%. Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. Max pull static: 20 lbs. Preferred RequirementsUnderstanding of company policies and procedures. Compliance with all pharmacy laws and standards. Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Right-to-Know, and HIPAA training. Completion of all relevant pharmacy training requirements.
