I am working with a school that is in a truly desirable location, close the Natural History Museum in South Kensington. They house approximately 70 boarders from a variety of nationalities, and this role is a unique opportunity to shape the medical provision for boarding and day pupils in the College.Working 8am-4pm with some flexibility to provide occasional evening work in lieu, the College Nurse will be a registered nurse with some clinical experience in education or emergency care.The Role:Provision of a triage function and treatment to all studentsProvision of general workshops on mental health, smoking cessation, substance abuse and sexual healthOrganising and coordinating clinical services for the collegeUndertake medical checks for all boardersContribute to the drafting of college medical policiesLiaise with local medical and dental servicesYou:Ability to relate to international studentsAbility to maintain and monitor high standards of care and keep detailed recordsPersonable and professional communication skillsGood IT SkillsExcellent Listening Skills*More information is available on the job description which can be sent over upon request*Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 GPAHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayHoliday: 40 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays)Interviews: ASAPStart: ASAPResponsible Consultant: Kelly B ()Vacancy Number: 147647
