General Manager - Airside OperationsA permanent position leading 2 key contracts with a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector, offering excellent scope for further progression.About the RoleIn this role, you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation, driving a culture of performance excellence while maintaining great relationships with customers and engaging multiple departments, including facilities, transport, planning, HR, and customer service.Main ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Ensure the operation achieves business objectives in key areas, including operational efficiency, engagement, processes, people management, health & safety, and reporting.Team Management: Lead large teams across multiple departments, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.Cost and Budget Control: Manage costs and budgets effectively, ensuring the operation remains financially sustainable and efficient.RequirementsPrevious experience working in Logistics, facilities management, or a similar operational environment.Experience leading large teams across multiple departments.Understanding of Airside operations and previous experience within Aviation.Ability to lead and drive performance in a heavily KPI-driven environment.Previous experience with cost and budget control.Commutable distance from Bristol.Possession of a valid DBS check and ability to provide 5 years' reference information.What We OfferA competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and a range of additional benefits make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
