This is an excellent opportunity for a committed tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a supportive business with long-term opportunities.About the Role:You will be responsible for delivering full end-to-end bathroom installations in residential properties, from initial removal through to final finishes. Projects vary from standard installations to high-specification, bespoke bathroom designs. You will work closely with the installation coordinator, project managers, and occasionally the customer, to ensure work is carried out to the highest possible standard, on time, and in line with company quality expectations.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out the full installation of bathrooms including plumbing, tiling, basic carpentry, plastering, and finishingReading and interpreting technical drawings and installation instructionsEnsuring each project is completed to the required specifications and timescalesMaintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standardsLiaising with customers and site supervisors to ensure satisfaction throughout the projectDiagnosing and resolving any installation issues on-site effectively and professionallyCompleting all relevant documentation and handovers upon project completionRequirements:Proven experience in bathroom installation or similar multi-trade roleStrong plumbing and tiling skills are essentialAbility to carry out basic carpentry and plastering worksGood understanding of technical drawings and site plansExcellent problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approachFull UK driving licenceCSCS card (advantageous but not essential)Whats on Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceCompany van and fuel card (if applicable)Tools and uniform provided A full schedule of ongoing work with reputable clientsOpportunities for personal and professional developmentA friendly, team-oriented work culture with long-term career prospectsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly values its team and delivers quality work.
