As a Senior Block Manager, you'll take ownership of compliance, contracts, and major works across a residential portfolio of over 2,500 units across Kent, London and the South East. You'll manage Fire Risk and Health & Safety requirements, coordinate maintenance contracts, and oversee planned works and Section 20 projects.
