Contract: PermanentHours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business)Salary: 50,000 per annumLocation: Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery and other BMT sitesYou will lead the Estate service responsible for the facilities and asset management across Birmingham Museums Trusts nine sites, including repairs and maintenance, utilities, health and safety, security, hygiene and cleaning, and will liaise closely with our two corporate landlords and their respective facilities teams.Our stunning portfolio of nine sites are located across Birmingham and include six Listed historic buildings and an Ancient Scheduled Monument.
