It involves supporting management accounting, budgeting, and forecasts aligned with strategic operational plans, and working closely with the Commercial Director and Heads of Departments. The role also governs pricing and discounting strategies, analyzes margins, and oversees training scheduling within the Property portfolio to optimize revenue and efficiency.About YouYou will have a degree, a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), at least 5 years PQE, and experience in commercial finance, pricing, bid analysis, and contract management.
