DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):Hire, train, motivate employees with feedback and coachingConduct employee performance evaluations to assess growth and build career pathsConduct bi-weekly inventory assessments of rotating ingredientsOrder/purchase ingredients and suppliesManage store efficiently each day to ensure cookies are always available for saleOversee quality controlManage catering ordersSupervise production and forecast production needsMaintain a clean and organized kitchen, meeting quality standardsCommunicate with owners on day-to-day operations and maintain good relations with leadershipBuild and manage employee schedulesEnsure consistent internal Slack communicationMonitor store activity to ensure proper provisioning and staffingTrack and report store performance metricsComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresStay updated with corporate posts and information on Crumbl's internal appDevelop strategies to increase store traffic and profitabilityDemonstrate excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skillsExhibit time management, planning, and organizational skillsHandle conflicts with customers and employees effectivelyMaintain high character and performance standardsCreate a fun and positive work environmentAcquire knowledge and skills for all positions and lead by exampleEnsure high customer satisfaction through excellent hospitalityRequirementsBachelor's Degree highly preferred (preferably in business or hospitality management)At least 2 years of management experience in food serviceProvide three references, at least two from previous employersOpen availability, including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, and eveningsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of business operations (Labor, COGS, P&L, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to obtain or possess ServSafe certificationCompliance with food and facilities safety standardsBackground check requiredSuperior customer service and hospitality skillsReliability, teachability, and proactivityAbility to work effectively with diverse personalitiesFriendly demeanor, strong work ethic, growth-oriented attitudeDetail-orientedEffective multi-tasking and communication skillsPassion for the food service industryCustomer-focused mindset and relevant work experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for entire shift45-50 hours per week requiredCompany InformationGENERAL MANAGERCrumbl Cookies in the Birmingham, AL area seeks a skilled and motivated General Manager for one of our four stores.
