Sharpen your prowess with a global multi-discipline team and be guided by the industry's most forward-thinking architects.Who we are looking for:All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important, but were specifically interested in Dynamics 365 and even more specifically, Field Services.Required Experience:Dynamics online architecture, customisation and low-level implementation; for this role specific experience and knowledge in Field Services and ideally RSO is needed with the rest of CE, PowerPlatform, BC and/or F&O experience all being great tooPre-sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid-response writing would be a boonWell-rounded stakeholder management experience, able to hold the attention of a room full of execs as easily as an amphitheatre full of front-line staffActing as a role model to others within the Solutions team when it comes to designing systems and processes that work to exceed the users need within the users budgetDirecting business and technical environment change safely and effectively, with the support of the project officeRequirements gathering, writing and evolution through business process identification, analysis, and re-engineeringLarge scale Dynamics implementation, principally via online adoption and including extensive customisation for bespoke business processesInfrastructure and software architecture using a cloud-first services approach and including migration design, planning and executionTechnical oversight including close review of documentation, designs and implemented solutions alike, for solution assurance down to code levelCreating clear and effective documentation across multiple channelsUsing a hands-on approach to ensuring timescales are metSource control appreciation, esp.
