Key Responsibilities:Provide mental health assessments and interventions within a prison setting. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Work collaboratively with prison staff and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Manage risk and respond effectively to mental health crises. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS and prison guidelines.
