We are advertising forBand 6 Senior Mental Health Practitionersacross the county, interested in supporting our new pathway model within theNeurodiversity Pathway . This role offers a unique opportunity to shape an innovative care pathway for children and young people with neurodiversity, playing a key role in the future of mental health support in Devon. Main duties include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting assessments, providing guidance and training, participating in team meetings, engaging in development opportunities, staying informed on best practices, and maintaining confidential records.
