School Maintenance Caretaker£15.00 - £18.00 per hourAre you an experienced Maintenance Professional looking to transition into the Education sector?I am currently recruiting Maintenance professionals for ongoing TEMPORARY positions, supporting site teams with daily general maintenance and site work in schools across the area.Both FULL TIME and PART TIME roles are available throughout the school year, with durations varying. There may also be an opportunity to transition to a PERMANENT contract, though this is not guaranteed.You must be available to start immediately and be FLEXIBLE with working hours, as some schools require split shifts, e.g., 6:00 a.m. and return at 2:00 p.m.As a full-time temporary school caretaker, you will be expected to:Carry out general maintenance and litter picking.Complete odd jobs delegated by your supervisor.Open and close school buildings.Work independently and as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Set alarms.Applicants must fully register with us, providing the necessary right-to-work documents, and obtain an enhanced Child Workforce DBS check, which we will process at a cost of £47.20 unless you already have one registered on the update service.
